The set includes 20 slotted cones, 10 agility poles, 5 bungee cords (1m long), and a free carry bag.
Use the cones to set targets, courses, or mark distances during training and skills exercises. The slotted design means that the cones compress when stepped on, to avoid injury.
Designed to work on grass, the x10 training poles (each 35 inches long) can be used independently or connected to make x5 double height slalom poles (each 42.5 inches long).
You can combine the cones and agility poles to create ten complete training hurdles. These are ideal for improving footwork skills and speed off the mark.
Combining the bungees with the poles allows you to mark out a spectator zone during matches or other events. You can also create nets to practice soccer or tennis, and create agility training scenarios where players have to duck under or jump over the cord.
